ELAC/DELAC Needs Assessment Survey and Timeline
A Districtwide web-based survey for parents of English learners will be deployed from February 16-March 12, 2021. To ensure the successful deployment of the survey, your support and action is needed. Click here to access survey in English and Spanish as well as the Memo to principals. It is recommended that several printed copies of both the English and Spanish versions are made available at the school office for parents to complete and submit.
If you have any questions, please email Mercedes Baeza @ mbaeza@tustin.k12.ca.us
Clever / Sora Access Support Staff
Requests to add support staff into Clever so they can access Sora, or other applications, should be directed to site admins, who will determine if this access is appropriate for that individual. Admin can then submit a help desk ticket, including the staff members first and last name and position, to get Clever access added for that support staff member.
Admins should only be submitting help desk tickets for Clever access for support staff that are directly involved with students and academics.
Literably
The MOY Literably window closes Friday, February 5th. The week of February 8th, Ed Services will export the data and build updated MOY Literacy Data spreadsheets that will include Semester 1 grades, as well as current MOY Literably and Lexia data. Reports will be uploaded to school data lockers. We will let administrators know when the reports are available.
As we review MOY data, our goal is to look for opportunities to celebrate growth and engagement and honor the hard work of both teachers and students. Thank you for your continued leadership in developing and launching your literacy support plan!

These tools allow them to be critical and independent thinkers capable of entering into civic dialogue to solve society's pressing problems in an increasingly complicated digital world.
