Attention 5th grade parents,
The Indiana Department of Health requires 6th grade students to have a Tdap (tetanus booster) and Meningococcal vaccine. The Noble County Health Department will be at Wayne Center on April 15th to provide immunizations to current 5th grade students. Please watch for information and consent forms to come home with your student in the coming weeks. If you have any questions, please contact Nurse Jenny.
