We gather wins/losses against the teams with only a week and a half of practice. Half the team was at DC. Congratulations to Corbin and Tatum with two pins. Jaxson's loss was against a wrestler who's almost 15 lbs bigger.

Hemlock against Millington is always hard, Millington wrestlers lift weights for an hour *rumors. Congratulations to Grey for his first win. Jaxson & Matt were focused to pin their opponents.

8th Grade Volleyball - 11/8

The Hemlock Huskies took on the Frankenmuth Eagles last night and although the outcome wasn't exactly the one we wanted, both A & B teams played exceptionally well and put up one heck of a fight. Both teams showed what they're capable of through their hustle, strength, defense and spirit. Bella Cordingly lead the B team with serves scoring a total of 15 points. Final scores for B Team were 23-25, 13-25 and taking the win for the 3rd set with 25-23. Natalie McQueen and Kinsley Conger lead the A team with serves scoring 6 points apiece. Layne Robinson, Kinsley Conger and Ella Thom were a force at the net with each contributing multiple kills, blocks and tips. Final scores for the A Team were 16-25, 20-25 and 16-25. Please come support the lady Huskies Monday, November 13th at Bridgeport.

Chess Club meets at the Rauchholz Memorial Library at 6 PM! Chess players of all ages and anyone interested in learning is welcome to join us! Chess sets and snacks will be provided.

Chess Club will continue to meet every other Wednesday (usually). Here's the upcoming dates through the end of this year: Nov. 15th, Nov. 29th, Dec. 6th, Dec. 20th.
