From Nurse Rasti:
Attention parents! Starting next week our Nurses will start vision, hearing, and scoliosis screenings on students.
Who will be screened? Students that are "new to the district" and have no vision or hearing screenings on file will be screened. For scoliosis, only boys that were missed in 8th grade will be pulled in for this screening. If you did not consent for health services this school year, and your child is due for these screenings, he/she will not be screened as consent must be on file for health screenings to occur. Please see the attached form for details relating to State-mandated screenings.
Have a great weekend!
