IMPORTANT REMINDER TO ALL SENIORS!
SCHOOL PICTURES FOR GRADES 9-11 NEXT WEEK! Lors Photography will be here during the school day starting Monday, September 19th, to take school pictures of students in 9, 10, and 11 grades. Not only do these photographs appear in the 2023 yearbook, but they will also be used to create school IDs for the 2023-2024 school year so it is imperative that all students have their picture taken. Students can see when they scheduled to take their picture by click here.
FINAL CALL FOR SENIOR PORTRAITS NEXT WEEK! BOOK NOW! Scheduling system is open! If you cannot access the scheduling system, it is because you are trying to do it from a mobile device.
The final opportunity to sit for a senior portrait (initial sit or retake) will be held September 19-22 from 2:30 pm until 8:00 pm in room B101. Only students with scheduled appointments will be photographed on these days--ABSOLUTELY NO "WALK INS" WILL BE ALLOWED.
To enter the building for your September senior portrait appointment: Go to the snack shack/main gym/senior parking lot entrance. Go to the door all the way to the right of the bank of doors. The door will be locked. Ms. Lehre will admit you when you arrive. DO NOT GO TO THE MAIN ENTRANCE. NO ONE WILL BE THERE TO ADMIT YOU.

PURCHASE YOUR YEARBOOK TODAY. The 2023 Yearbook is currently available for pre-order. If you purchase now, the cost is $93, but that price will increase to $103 on November 1st. Yearbooks must be pre-ordered; surplus books are not ordered and books cannot be purchased on the spot in June when they are delivered. To order a yearbook, go to balfour.com
SENIOR YEARBOOK DEDICATIONS FOR SALE. Senior dedications are a long-standing tradition at SBHS and are a wonderful way to honor your student upon their graduation. This year, you are in complete control of your student’s dedication using a very simple AdBuilder online program. If you can drag and drop, you can create a dedication for your senior! You can use a provided template or create your own; simply upload the photos you want to use and start creating. There are no limitations on the number of ad spaces you can purchase or the number of photos/size of message you can include.
You can purchase your dedication along with your senior’s yearbook at a package price by visiting www.balfour.com (the package simply adds the cost of the book and the cost of the dedication together; there is no reduction in price by ordering these items together). You can also purchase your senior’s dedication any time after you have purchased their book in a separate transaction. While you do not need to create your dedication on the day of purchase, you must purchase a space before they sell out (dedications must be purchased by January 15th; completed designs must be submitted by January 31st for printing).

If at any time you need help or advice on your senior’s dedication, send an email to the advisor (anna.lehre@sbschools.org).
Please note that the advisor approves all submissions. She will only correct obvious grammatical errors. Changes will not be made to the design you create. If there are predicted printing issues with your submission (photo quality, text placed too close to the edge), the advisor will contact you via email. When you approve your design before submitting, know that what it looks like on the computer is exactly how it will print. If you want your senior’s name to appear in prominent letters, you will need to include that in your design (it will not be added automatically for you).
