• Our Christmas trip is now bookable on Arbor under trips.
• Parents of Sapphires please ensure you give permission for our Drax and Skylark school trip taking place on the 22nd October.
• Parents of Pearls please ensure that you give permission for our pumpkin picking trip on the 24th October. This is a free trip but warm clothing and waterproofs are advised. School uniform is not necessary.
• Sapphires parents - reminder that residential deposit is due by the 17th October.
• Please ensure PE kit is always in school all week.
• New after-school childcare is now bookable on Arbor and is available until 6pm for £8.
• Breakfast club can be booked on Arbor.

Knowledge organisers showing what your child will be learning this term are now on our website. These show what the children should know by the end of the term (half-termly for Pearls). This is a great opportunity for parents to support this learning at home.

Information about your child's class and the parent welcome presentations can also be found on your child's class page which can be accessed by clicking the buttons below.

Each half-term the children can earn reading rewards for reading at home or in our free reading school clubs. In school reading clubs are worth 3 reads each and can be booked via Arbor with the other clubs. There is a reading club on a Wednesday lunchtime too for those who cannot stay after school.

Reading reward levels for this half-term:

Bronze - 21 reads

Silver - 28 reads

Gold - 42 reads

We would love it if reads could be uploaded to Seesaw or Tapestry ideally as a video so we can hear your reading and get immersed in the book too. If you have any difficulties with this please see a member of your child's teaching team.

Our focus next week is about taking turns and playing games, together. We would love to know all about your child's favourite games - if they would like they can bring a favourite game or story to share with the friends this week.

• We are displaying family photos in our home corner and will be discussing them over the next half term. If you would like to send in any family photos and photos of your house it would be much appreciated.
• Please let us know if your child will be joining us on our pumpkin picking trip. We hope as many Little Pearls can join us as possible even if it is not one of their usual days. There is no additional cost for this trip. For those attending car seats are encouraged and can be dropped off with your child that morning.
• New after-school childcare is now bookable on Arbor and is available until 6pm for £8.
• Breakfast club can be booked on Arbor.
• Please book nursery provision by Thursday each week wherever possible.
