Dental hygienists from First Care Clinic will be at our schools on Thursday, November 10th, 2022, for dental screenings on K-12 students. Fluoride applications will be available at no charge for those that have a signed consent by a parent. A consent form is attached, and forms are also available in the office. Please turn in consent forms to the office by Friday, November 4th, 2022. Fluoride supports healthy tooth enamel, builds strong teeth, and helps prevent cavities. If you would like to opt your student out of the screenings, please complete the opt-out form attached and return to school Friday, November 4th, 2022.
