North Little Rock School District

The 2023-2024 school calendar is available. Please pay attention to the important dates. In particular, please be mindful of the Wednesdays that students will be dismissed early. Early Release Wednesdays have been planned to give teachers additional time for lesson planning and collaboration, and it gives students more time to seek additional resources for academic support.

Also, there will be new school start and end times this school year. Please click on the links below to see the calendar and the new times.

School starts August 14!

Please consider serving as a substitute teacher or substitute support staff member in our district.

The 2023-2024 ACT dates have been released. These exams all take place on a Saturday morning and will be given at North Little Rock High School except for the September test date.

If there are no seats left or your student desires to take the test on one of the dates that it is not administered at NLRHS, please feel free to register to take it at a nearby school.

To register, visit act.org.
