Model of Mercy
Michael Sandhorst
We lost one of our food bank volunteers and ushers this month. A constant presence at our 9 am Mass, Mike was always there to greet us with a smile. For many years, he served as a food bank driver, mentoring many of our new volunteers. More recently, he joined our food bank stocking crew and pitched in whenever he was needed. He was affectionally known as our "egg man" braving Walmart or Costco each week to purchase eggs for the food bank. Many in our community also knew Mike as "Santa" as he played that role each Christmas at Perler Photography. What many may not know is he always donated his pay for that work to the All Saints Food Bank (as well as dropping off donations from the studio's food drive). His generous spirit, sense of humor, and love for all will be missed by those in our community. His funeral Mass will be held at All Saints on Friday, July 11 at 7 pm.
Grow in Faith
Coats for Kids
Each fall we are able to distribute new coats to kids in our community thanks to the Knights of Columbus Coats for Kids program. If you'd like to donate to this worthy cause, you can find out more here or see the flyer below.

Journey of Faith (OCIA)
Join us for our Journey of Faith Summer Gatherings on Sunday July 13 and August 10. We’ll attend 9 am Mass and then gather for hospitality in the parish center afterwards. Weekly gatherings will start September 7.
Journey of Faith is for those seeking to learn more about the Catholic faith and wanting to receive the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist as an adult. Our family track also helps families prepare for kids and teens (4th grade and older) to prepare for these sacraments. Our weekly gatherings start in September. Contact Morningstar in the parish office for more information.

New cuts are proposed for lifesaving and life-affirming international assistance. Tell the Senate that we have a moral duty to alleviate poverty and ease human suffering.
