Medication Reminder:
If your child needs to take medication at school, a few rules apply for the safety and well being of all:
1. Medications , including all over the counter and prescription medications, should be in its original container so it can be properly identified. Prescription medications should have a current prescription label.
2. A medication permission form needs to be signed by a parent or guardian.
3. Medications should be brought to school by a parent or guardian
4. Medication, including prescription and over the counter, is kept in the nurse's office.
Medications may be brought to school during the open house on August 14th between 5:30 and 6:30. The school nurse will be available with appropriate forms.
