All grades for Quarter 1 will be finalized the week of Monday, October 13th. Parents will be able to check their student's progress through the Harmony Portal by clicking on Term 1 / GP 1. Students will start fresh for Quarter 2 on Monday, October 13th. For all Core classes, students will receive a final grade at the end of Semester 1 (December 19th). This final grade will be the average of the student's Q1 and Q2 percentage. If you have any questions, please reach out to your student's teacher.

If your student was absent on the original Picture Day, they'll just need to have their picture taken.
If you ordered pictures for your student from the original Picture Day, they'll need to hand the picture packet to the photographer when they have their retake done.
If you did not order pictures from the original Picture Day but still would like a retake based on the proof, your student will just need to have their picture retaken.

The Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) requires that all students in grades 3-8 participate in three ILEARN Checkpoints in addition to the ILEARN summative assessment in the spring each year. These Checkpoints are a component of the ILEARN through-year assessment for English/Language Arts (ELA) and Math. The Checkpoints occur seasonally in fall, winter, and spring.. Each Checkpoint has 20-25 questions to show how an individual student is performing on key skills and concepts from the Indiana Academic Standards.
