**SPOTLIGHT** NEW STAFF MEMBER: Ms. Atwood-Rayner
Want to know a little bit about me? When I am not grading or planning lessons I am spending time with my own family. My son just graduated. My girls are 14 and 12 and active in many sports.
In my spare time , I am with my family and friends outdoors; hike, camp, backpack, white-water raft, canyoneering, and various high adventure activities year-round. I am also a huge fan of reading, Oregon Ducks, and fuzzy blankets! I also have two adorable dogs named Ari and Fluffy. You may hear lots about them throughout the year.
This is my 7th year teaching math, I originally came from the business community. After working over the summer with the other staff, I can honestly say I am so excited and proud to be part of our Blackfoot High community. I absolutely love teaching math and helping students not only realize the application to the world, but also that they can do math, but my favorite thing to help students realize is that it is okay to fail, just don’t give up!
