Facilities Update

Our Brand New Playground is officially complete and ready for our Pre-K and Kindergarten Shining Stars! Can't wait to see our youngest learners becoming more active on the new playground as the weather starts to warm up!

Always painting and improving to make things bright and cheerful for our 1-3 graders! A newly painted classroom which has been getting utilized by our staff and students! Additionally, improvements are being made to the bathrooms throughout the building.

North Gym Update: 3,500 feet of flooring is the last piece needed!

We are now ready for Phase 6: The 195 campus has undergone complete renovation in several phases. The 195 Broadway Campus is moving onto Phase 6 of renovations and upgrades. This summer we will be completely renovating with Air Conditioning, 11 new classrooms, an update to the 195 Print Shop and the custodial area.

The FEMA Project has been an ongoing process for Lawrence School District. The project is aimed to protect the High School from any future storms that may come our way, much like Hurricane Sandy in 2012 and to increase absorption from rainfalls. To avoid flooding and damages that could occur, Lawrence School District has planned to build a seawall around the high school. Take a look at the FAQ Document which will continue to be updated as we continue to move through the process with FEMA regarding the upgrades being made to Lawrence High School.
