A Message from the Principal, Dr. Christine Nadjarian
Dear St. Mary’s Families and Friends,
This week, we celebrated the Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary with a beautiful Mass and International Rosary. During his homily, Fr. David shared his personal experience with the rosary and encouraged everyone to embrace this meaningful form of prayer.
Our students, faculty, and families then came together to pray the rosary in six different languages, celebrating the rich cultural diversity of our St. Mary's community and the universality of our Catholic faith. A special thank you to Ellis, Victoire, Yuna, Liam, Kornelia, and Magnus, who led us in prayer in English, French, Korean, Spanish, Lithuanian, and Latin. What a beautiful reminder that although we come from different backgrounds and speak different languages, we are united as one family in faith!
A few important reminders as we head into the long weekend:
There will be no school on Monday, October 12, in observance of Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples' Day. Students will also have no school on Tuesday, October 13, as our faculty and staff participate in a day of professional development.
We wish all our St. Mary's families a wonderful and restful long weekend filled with special moments together!

Blessing of the Pets
On Monday morning, our St. Mary’s community gathered for Parking Lot Prayers and a special Blessing of the Pets in celebration of the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi!
Our students were joined by their furry friends, while others brought photos of beloved pets or even their favorite stuffed animals to be blessed. It was a beautiful morning gathered together in celebration of St. Francis and the pets in our community!
Auction Prize
Mrs. Porcello and her guests enjoyed one of our Casino Night auction prizes this week! A St. Mary’s family purchased a special Dunkin’ outing with Mrs. Porcello at the auction, and Grace and Teddy joined her for hot chocolate and donuts a morning before school earlier this week. It was a great way to start the school day and fun to see one of our auction prizes come to life!
