Dear Coppell Choir Family

🎤 TMEA All-State Registration
Please see the information below and double-check your audition entry to make sure all of your information is correct. If you notice any errors, please follow the instructions below to make the necessary corrections.
🎵 Weekly Sight Reading Factory Quizzes
Our weekly Sight Reading Factory (SRF) Quizzes begin this week! 🎶 The assignment has already been posted in Schoology and is due Thursday, September 3 at 10:00 PM.
Moving forward, the weekly SRF Quiz will be due every Thursday at 10:00 PM. We encourage singers to get into the habit of completing the quiz as soon as it is posted whenever possible. The more consistently you practice sight reading, the more confident and successful you will become! Also be sure to launch the quiz from the web browser, NOT schoology app.

Conflict Form
Voice Lesson Contract/Form
Dear Parents and Students,
We are excited to begin planning for the 2026–2027 school year and wanted to share information about our private voice lesson program. Voice lessons are an invaluable part of a singer’s development, and we strongly encourage all students to participate.
Voice lessons are a required component for students in our varsity ensembles: A Cappella and Kantorei.
To help us coordinate schedules and secure spots with our voice faculty, we ask that you please complete the Voice Lessons Commitment Form as soon as possible.
Your timely response will help ensure your student is placed with an instructor and receives the full benefit of this important part of our music curriculum.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re looking forward to another great year of growth and music-making!

🎶 Choir Boosters - Get Involved in 2026-2027! 🎶
Our Choir Booster organization is looking for enthusiastic parents and guardians to help support our amazing choir program next year! At our most recent booster meeting, we identified several key positions that will be open. Whether you have a little time or a lot, there’s a place for you to make a meaningful impact.
(Co)Vice-President of Operations & Administration
A hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people and coordinating activities. Responsibilities include supporting registration, overseeing hospitality, organizing volunteers, and assisting the President. This role also coordinates the senior scholarship process.
(Co) Vice-President of Marketing
Great for creative thinkers! This position focuses on promoting choir events and achievements through publicity, social media, and website updates, helping build excitement and awareness in our community.
Why be on the Booster Board?
Booster involvement is a rewarding way to support our students, connect with other families, and be part of something truly special. Many roles can be shared (co-positions available), and you’ll always have support from fellow board members.
Interested or have questions?
We’d love to hear from you! Please reach out to a current board member or choir director to learn more about how you can get involved: president@coppellchoir.com
