Caring for Garden Spaces
Parents, as the weather starts to warm, please make sure to remind your children to be respectful of the garden space outside. Recently, fences have been dismantled, bricks removed from garden plots, students are climbing on top of the pizza oven, and plants have been pulled out and tossed on the ground. In classes, students spend a lot of time working on these projects, and we want to make sure everyone is safe while outside.
Math Circles of Chicago
Math Circles of Chicago’s Summer Camps
The lottery for Math Circles of Chicago’s summer camps is open, with a lottery on April 27th (after 4/27, remaining spots are open first come, first serve). Our camps serve rising 5th to 12th graders and are located in Austin, Back of the Yards, Old Town, Pilsen, and Rogers Park, and meeting dates vary by site. Learn more here! Please post our flyers--this one is for all camp levels, and this flyer is for our high school camps specifically. We have stipends for qualifying students attending our camps in Austin, Back of the Yards, and Pilsen.
