- 1st grade students: I just wanted to give you all a HUGE shoutout for jumping in and helping clean the field! You seriously rocked it. Your teamwork, positive vibes, and willingness to help made the space look amazing and it shows how much you care about our school and each other. I'm super proud of you all! Viva NISL!!! (Coach Nouna)
- Ms. Matrid for tidying up Sr. Rubeena's art work display. Hanging up a fallen canvas is not as easy as one would assume. May Allah reward your team spirit! (Sr. Zainab)
- Sr. Walaa for caring our NISL and NISL student's learning and clubs even while on maternity leave! From weekly newsletter entries, to lesson plans, to WhatsApp texts--it's like you didn't even leave campus. You are irreplaceable, mashaAllah! (Sr. Zainab)
- Sr. Nour, Sr. Amani, and Sr. Bothaina for being patient and graceful with my last-minute schedule changes. I pray that you all don't feel taken for granted. NISL isn't NISL without the three of you, mashaAllah! My sincerest apologies. (Sr. Zainab)
- Sr. Fatima Blata. Last, but never least, may Allah reward you for your eagerness to make everything run smoothly at NISL and for deciphering my vague messages. Whoever said that the office staff is one of the most important roles at an organization was not telling a lie. May Allah reward you for being one of the gluesticks that hold NISL together! (Sr. Zainab)
