Below, you will find the 2024-2025 FHUMHS Program of Studies. This will be posted on the SVUVT website, as well as sent to students and families via email. Please review next year's course offerings with your child(ren). This is a great opportunity to discuss classes you feel they should take. I would also invite you to reach out to your child(ren)'s counselors if you have questions about specific courses. We hope to begin holding class assemblies in December to discuss next year's schedule. We plan on completing student recommendations in January.
On November 29th, our counseling team will be holding a FAFSA Financial Aide meeting for families interested in learning more about financing post-secondary education. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain information on the FAFSA process.
I have posted the first video of a five-part series regarding how we address student discipline and behavior at the high school level. The goal of this series is to open our practices to all our families and generate conversations that will help support all our children.
We have determined that we will not be able to reschedule the 1/2 day of parent-teacher conferences that were canceled due to bad weather. I have encouraged teachers to contact parents who had scheduled times. Please feel free to reach out to your child(ren)'s teachers if you would like to set up a progress check.
Our prospective future Stafford students are getting excited about this year's STC visits. On November 28th, our Sophomores will attend STC to explore their programming in person. If you have questions about Stafford, please get in touch with your child(ren)'s counselor.
