Good Afternoon BMS Teachers and Staff,

Jacqui, Kim, Mary and I are so excited to welcome everyone back on Monday! We will meet in the cafeteria at 8:00 AM.

Stop by to reset, breathe, and recharge so we can bring our best selves to the school community.

We will follow a Tuesday schedule on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for extended advisory time from 2:00 - 2:55. We will review the schedule during Institute Day.

Students will attend their core classes. Within their core classes, teachers will plan the activities to build community and set expectations.

All students and families are welcome to meet the teachers on August 19 from 2:30-3:30 PM.

For Meet the Teacher, we would like all teachers to have a slide introducing themselves. This slide can be projected in the classroom for parents and students to see. Here is an example. We would like teachers to include what they teach and their contact information. They can add a photo of themselves if they would like and any other information.

Interested in joining our PTO? We meet in the cafeteria once a month and start promptly at 6:30 PM.

Our first meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 4.

All purchases, even small ones, should be submitted for purchasing by the District or school offices. Staff should not purchase items with their own funds. Reimbursement requests are generally not accepted any more.

Please know this is different than what you may be used to. We are not able to provide reimbursements moving forward. Thank you for your cooperation.

Schools will be available the first two Saturdays (August 16th and August 23rd) as well as the last two Saturdays of the school year (June 6th and June 13th). Teachers will have access from 7:30am-3:30pm.
