It’s officially time to join the excitement!!! Our biggest fundraising event of the year is open for bidding! Every dollar raised supports our exceptional teachers and provides vital tuition assistance, so jump in and start exploring the incredible items available.
This year features standout offerings like a week on the Big Island of Hawaii, a free week of summer camp at St. John's, Rockies tickets + dinner, nutrition counseling, interior design consultations, and front row seats to all the major events at St. Johns. You’ll also find fun parent and kid parties, including Let’s Mahj, the Pool Party at Virginia Vale, and the Escape Room with Mrs. Lohmann!

Parent Teacher Conferences: Spring 2026
It’s time to sign up for our Spring Parent Teacher Conferences! Please click on your child’s teacher link to select a convenient day and time to meet. These conferences are a valuable opportunity to connect, discuss your child’s progress, and partner together for continued growth and success.

1st Day School Supply
We’re excited to share a simple, time-saving way to get all your school supplies ready, without the hassle! We’ve partnered with 1st Day School Supply to make back-to-school shopping as easy as possible for your family.
Here’s how it works:
- Our teachers carefully select and customize each grade-level supply list
- 1st Day School Supply packs everything into one convenient box
- Your supplies are delivered right to you—no store runs required!
Once your kit arrives, just hold onto it and bring all supplies to school on Monday, August 10 to drop off in your student’s classroom.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy your summer knowing school supplies are already taken care of. One less thing on your to-do list—and one more reason to soak up the sunshine!

Calling All Student Artists – Design Our Special Book Cover!
In recognition of our nation’s 250th anniversary, our whole school (ELC–8th Grade) is creating a keepsake book: Chapters in American History: A St. John’s School Recognition of God’s Blessing To and Through the United States. This book will be available for family purchase at the end of the year.
We are inviting a St. John’s student to design the cover, capturing the journey and creativity found inside the book. The winner will receive $250: keep $125 and give $125 to a Chapel ministry of their choice, reflecting God’s blessing to us and through us.

Volunteer for WatchDOGS
We invite the men of our community—dads, grandfathers, uncles, and other special men—to join Watch D.O.G.S. (Dads of Great Students) at St. John’s ELC–8th Grade. This one-time, 4-hour program provides positive male role models, supports safety and student well-being, and gives fathers and father figures a meaningful way to experience school life alongside their children.

If you have little ones (Birth-2nd grade) and are looking for some other moms to connect with, join us in the Community Room. Every other Tuesday 6-7:30pm
