Mill Valley Weekly
March 13, 2025
Hello Mill Valley Families,
As we welcome the warmth and renewal of spring, we are filled with excitement for all the incredible learning and growth still to come this school year! The students bring such joy and energy to school, and we are grateful for the opportunity to work with them each day.
With sunshine and longer days ahead, we look forward to outdoor learning, many special events, and making the most of these final months together. As we kick off Trimester 3, we are focusing on finishing the 2024-25 school year strong—celebrating achievements, embracing new challenges, and creating lasting memories!
Thank you for your continued support. Here’s to a fantastic spring season!
Sincerely,
Allyce & Julie

Soon, we will begin to look at class placement for our students next year. Teacher teams will begin to plan for 2025-26 class rosters in April and May. When preparing classroom placements for next year, our staff carefully considers the match of student and teacher and the blend of students within a room. A process is used so that classrooms of the same grade are heterogeneous and balanced academically and socially. As we begin to construct class lists for next year, Mill Valley staff will consider many factors including parent/guardian input on learning needs and styles.
We appreciate input from parents as we begin this process and encourage you to fill out the Student Profile Survey. This form will only be available until Friday, March 21st. Please note that in order to make balanced class lists, we cannot accept teacher requests nor assume your family will have the same teacher you may have worked with previously.

Course availability may be limited.
Registration Opens - Wednesday, April 2 @ 8am

Confirmation available on Infinite Campus- Friday, April 25th
COURSE ENROLLMENT: All courses require a minimum number of students. We will do our best to place everyone in their desired courses; in some cases, we may need to use alternate selections. We will use a lottery system to schedule classes with more requests than seats. Preference will be given to Muskego-Norway students.
CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION: Schedules showing time slots for courses and arrival/dismissal plans will be viewable in Infinite Campus on April 25th. Fee statements (if applicable) will be available in May. You will be emailed a parent newsletter with more information at the end of May.
