KHS Mentorship KHS Mentorship

This lesson reintroduces R5, Make a Positive Difference with Others. By helping mentees understand that their responses (E+R=O) impact those around them and that they can intentionally choose actions that improve school culture. Through activities like the Ripple Effect, small-group scenarios, and discussion of words, actions, and attitude alignment, students reflect on how to use their “20 Square Feet” to positively influence others. The lesson concludes with personal reflection and a weekly challenge encouraging mentees to intentionally make a difference in someone’s day.
