Volunteer at BCES!

Bryan County Schools Volunteer Requirements

You MUST complete all requirements to volunteer at ANY Bryan County School. These can be completed in any order.

Attend one in-person volunteer orientation session at any Bryan County School.
Sign the Bryan County Schools Volunteer Agreement.
Complete the online volunteer registration and mandated reporter quiz with 100% accuracy.
For BCES volunteer opportunities, sign up for Remind @bceshelper (see below)

*The quiz can be taken multiple times. These requirements must be done every year to volunteer.

The teachers and staff at BCES are thrilled to invite parents and guardians back into our building this year to volunteer at our school!

BCES will host two volunteer orientations sessions.

You only need to attend one OR you can attend an orientation at another Bryan County School.

Volunteer Registration and Quiz

Complete the following registration form and take the mandated reporter quiz. You must receive a 100% on the quiz to volunteer. You can retake the quiz multiple times.
