This past week, the Dryden Junior High Track and Field Team competed at Leagues! Basically, leagues are the meet before regionals and are just as important. This year leagues were at North Huron. Congratulations to Christian Rager and Mckinley Gammon on getting 8th in the 70-meter dash. Great job to Caila Fitchett for getting 1st in the 100-meter dash and Miguel Luciano for getting 12th in the 100-meter dash. At the meet, David Insley, Drew Raymond, and Sean Finnigan all competed in the 200-meter dash and did great! Jade Insley competed in the 800 dash and crushed it, as well as Cloey Kreiner and Bryce Davis in the 1 mile! Lastly, congrats to Kaitlynn Knuth for throwing great in shot put! Overall, these athletes did great and have their next meet today on Monday, May 24th!
