Duck Hunt!
From March 1st - 19th students can take part in a duck hunt in the library. While you search for new books to read, keep a lookout for the hidden ducks. If you find one, bring it to Mrs. Gee to pick out a treat. Good Luck, they are very small and can hide almost anywhere!
HINT: You do not have to move anything to find them. They will be hiding in plain sight!
March Madness
Are you a fan of basketball? 🏀 Keep an eye out this month for the official March Madness bracket. Fill it in and drop it off with Mrs. Gee so she can make a copy of your completed bracket by Tuesday, March 17th.

American 250 Contest: What does America mean to you?
America’s Field Trip is a nationwide contest that invites students across the country in grades 3–12 to be part of our nation’s 250th anniversary by sharing their perspectives on what America means to them — with the chance to earn an unforgettable field trip experience at some of the nation’s most iconic historic and cultural landmarks.
Students are asked to submit writing or original artwork in response to the contest’s prompt: “What does America mean to you?”
Deadline is Monday, March 30th, 2026 at 7:00pm
