Important COSA Information π»
The annual application window for submitting a Change of School Assignment (COSA) request is now open until December 18, 2026. Families of students in kindergarten through 12th grade can use the COSA process to apply for a school transfer taking effect during the 2027-2028 school year.
Only schools with available space, defined as 95% enrollment or below stated capacity over a 3-year projection, are COSA-eligible. Schools included in redistricting, closure and/or consolidation planning are excluded from the COSA-eligible schools list.
The application deadline is Friday, December 18, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Acceptance or denial decisions for COSA applications are expected to be emailed in mid to late January. If the application is approved, parents must respond by the stated deadline to have their child enrolled at the new school in 2027-2028. Transportation is the responsibility of the parent, and students must meet attendance, academic and behavioral requirements to maintain enrollment.

ESPLOST Information
Redistricting Communication
As you may be aware from a recent district message, Fulton County Schools will consider changes to attendance zones and evaluate school capacity through a redistricting/consolidation/closure process this fall.
The process involves Geographic Region A (schools located south of the City of Atlanta) and Geographic Region C (schools located north of the Chattahoochee River). Because our school is located within Region C, we encourage parents and community members to stay informed, learn more, and provide input.
Information about upcoming community forums is available at www.fultonschools.org/redistricting and in the attached flyer.
