River Bend Security will be conducting checks at the entrance. Any vehicle without clearly displayed block and lot numbers will not be allowed entry.

This policy helps ensure:

• Smooth and efficient entry for members and guests

• Proper identification of vehicles within the park

• Enhanced safety and security throughout the community

✅ Vehicles That Must Be Labeled

This requirement applies to:

• Golf carts

• Side-by-sides (UTVs)

• Minibikes

• Any similar recreational vehicles entering the park

🔎 How to Properly Label Your Vehicle

• Block and lot numbers must be clearly visible and easy to read

• Place them in a location security can quickly identify

• Recommended placement: side or rear of the vehicle

• Ensure numbers are not obstructed by accessories or cargo

Taking a few minutes to properly label your vehicle will help you avoid delays—or worse, being turned away at the gate.

Security will be checking for compliance, so please make sure your vehicle is ready before arrival.
