Memo: Canvas Accessibility

Greetings SHMS community,

We are aware of district-wide challenges with Canvas this morning. Teachers and students are reporting that they are unable to access the platform. While we work to resolve these issues please direct your student to log in to class directly through the channels in TEAMS. Additionally, please reach out directly to teachers by email or through TEAMS messages if your student is having any challenges with finding their way to class this morning.

We will update you when we receive information about timelines for resolving the accessibility issues with Canvas.

Warm regards,

Eric Fraser

Principal
