Dear Families,
Next week we are beginning a new them in our classroom, “Animals”. Children will learn that mammals are a special kind of animal that breathes air, has a backbone, grows hair, and is warm-blooded. Mammals also feed their young with milk from the mother. Children will consider these characteristics to reach the conclusion that they are mammals, too!
