Are they in your garage, attic, basement?
Dear IP Families,
A kind soul or two took a big batch of IP Aprons (mostly adult size) to wash in 2024, but they never made it back to IP.
WE ARE SHORT OF APRONS, SO PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN CLEAN APRON EVERY DAY.
I was out sick when they went out to be washed, so I don't know where they went. Please check with your friends and fellow IP families involved in Lowell 2024. Please check your garage, basement, etc.
We need them back desperately.

PARKING: Lot or metered parking from 8-8pm.
GPS/Parking: Church parking is available. Metered street parking on Sat. Bank parking across the street is available at 1:00.

DO YOU HAVE A BIG CAR? CAN YOU DO GROCERY PICKUPS THIS WEEK? We need help mornings this WED, FRI and during the festival. Some items that cannot be picked up too far in advance (or they may spoil in the heat) Text Myra at 781-690-4594.
WE'VE GOT PRODUCE BOXES! Thanks to those who brought some in! We don't need many more, but will take them on Wed if you collected some.
LOWELL KID FORMS NO LONGER NEEDED: The Lowell Festival Foundation has notified us that the National Park forms are not needed this year, after all. Thanks to everyone who filled out the forms.
CAN YOU COOK 30 CUPS OF RICE? We are looking for a few families to cook 30 cups of rice and bring to Lowell. Please let Elizabeth Zuelke know when you arrive if you are able to help out!
KNIFE SHARPENING ON WED! Bring your knife!
IP WILL PROVIDE FOOD FOR VOLUNTEERS – Potluck optional
We’re so happy IP can provide food for the workshop and festival! Of course, you're always welcome to bring food to share at IP.
FIRST SHIFT 1:00-7:00
- Everyone meets at IP in Watertown
- Check in and pick up supplies.
- Go to your assignment and help with setup.
- End your shift by teaching an arriving volunteer how-to.
SECOND SHIFT 4:00-10:00
- Check in and pick up supplies.
- Get your assignment and ask a first shift volunteer to show you the ropes.
- End your shift by cleaning up and/or packing supplies or loading prepared food into the fridge.
