Drop-Off and Pick-Up Procedures

The safety of our students is our top priority. Please help us keep arrival and dismissal safe and efficient by following these procedures:

• Pull your vehicle forward as far as possible in the drop-off/pick-up line.
• Students must exit and enter the vehicle from the sidewalk side only. Please arrange car seats, if necessary, to meet this requirement.
• Please note the designated door for each grade level (teacher for our K students).
• Do not leave your vehicle unattended while in the drop-off or pick-up line.
• If you would like to walk your child to the entrance, please park in the back parking lot or in the spaces behind the loop.
• Drive slowly and use extra caution when exiting the drop-off area. The exit is a designated crosswalk with students and families crossing.
• For everyone's safety, ball playing is not permitted during arrival or dismissal.
• Please leash and clean up after your pets.

Our staff is committed to a safety-first approach. While this may occasionally add a few extra moments to the process, those moments help ensure the safety of every child, family member, and staff member.

Arrival: Student supervision is available from 8:45–9:00 a.m. If you arrive after 9:00 a.m., please bring your child to the Main Office to sign them in.

Dismissal: Dismissal takes place from 3:27–3:40 p.m. If you arrive after dismissal has ended, please pick up your child in the Main Office.
