PLC RESOURCES
To support the work you are doing in your PLC's I want to use this space
to give you tools, templates, and ideas.
VISIBLE LEARNING in Your PLC Planning
"Learning intentions are clear, specific statements that describe what students are expeted to know, understand, or be able to do by the end of a lesson. They provide direction and focus for both teaching and learning, helpng students understand the purpose of their activities and how they connect to the borader learning goals. For teachers, learning intentions guide lesson planning and instructional decisions, ensuring that all taskes and assessments align with desired outcomes. By making these intentions explicit, teachers enhance student engagement and foster a more purposeful and goal oriented classroom environment."
If your team has questions on learning intentions or would like support, please let me know and I can provide you with some resouces and/or meet with your team.
PLC RESOURCES
Check these out as you work through the essential standards, identify learning targets, and plan for instruction and progress montitoring.
If you are interested in the Learn By Doing Book for ideas or more support, please stop by and I will give you a copy.
EXTRA PLC TIME
If your team needs more time to work in your PLC, start by completing this template and then check in with me. This document will be submitted with your timecard.
