MTES Spring Pictures are on March 12th and 13th! Downtown Photo will be partnering with us to provide pictures. Please order ahead online at www.downtownphotos.com to avoid additional fees. You can also visit their website for further information and to browse picture packages. Class photos will also be taken during your child's Spring Picture day.

March 12th: Kindergarten and 1st grade pictures.

March 13th: 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th grade pictures.

Next week, March 3-7, we’re celebrating National School Breakfast Week! Our fantastic food service department has planned exciting activities and a delicious breakfast menu to make mornings extra fun for our students.

This year’s theme is "Clue In to a Good Breakfast." If your child eats breakfast at school, be sure to ask them about the fun surprises happening in the cafeteria each morning. Hint: Some detective skills may be required to uncover the mystery of our surprise servers each day!

We can’t wait to kick off a week of good food and great fun! 🍽️🔍

Important testing dates are coming up! To help your child feel confident and prepared, we encourage you to review the helpful tips in the image below. Your support can make a big difference in their success!

Here are the upcoming testing dates:

• March 26th - MAP Testing: Grades: K-5
• March 27th - MAP Testing: Grades K-5
• April 1st - English Language Arts, Ohio State Test, Part 1: Grades 3rd, 4th, and 5th
• April 2nd - English Language Arts, Ohio State Test, Part 2: Grades 3rd, 4th, and 5th
• April 23rd - Math, Ohio State Test, Part 1: Grades 3rd, 4th, and 5th
• April 24th - Math, Ohio State Test, Part 2: Grades 3rd, 4th, and 5th
• April 29th - Science, Ohio State Test, Part 1: Grade 5 only
• April 30th - Science, Ohio State Test, Part 2: Grade 5 only

MTES Kindergarten through Fifth Grade girls are invited for a night of cowgirl fun! Girls may be escorted by father, grandfather, uncle, or any other adult male figure.

Details:

• When? Friday, March 14th, 2025, 6-8 pm at Miami Trace Elementary School.
• Who? MTES female students. No additional siblings, relatives, or friends can be accommodated. Thank you for understanding.
• Presale tickets are $7.50 per person.

• Cash or Checks made payable to Miami Trace Elementary.

• Tickets can also be purchased at the door for $10.00 each.

• Each couple receives a 5x7 photo.
