PreK Update - September 11/September 18, 2025
Kingdom Work
In our classrooms, children take turns with “jobs” like line leader, snack helper, or door holder. While these tasks may seem simple, they are a wonderful way for children to grow in responsibility and to learn that their contributions truly matter.
God created each of us with gifts and a purpose, and even at a young age, children can experience the joy of serving others. Classroom jobs help them practice independence, build confidence, and understand that they are an important part of our school family.
Most importantly, these jobs give children a chance to live out the heart of service we see in Scripture. “Serve one another humbly in love” (Galatians 5:13). Each time a child helps, they are not only learning practical skills, but also reflecting God’s love in action.
We are so thankful to watch our littlest learners grow in responsibility and joy as they serve both their classmates and the Lord in these small but meaningful ways!
