After-Hours Pass Passes
River Bend understands that lot owners may need to access passes outside of regular office hours. To ensure smooth and efficient service when the office is closed, the Security Desk offers a limited selection of passes.
Available After-Hours Passes
The following passes are available through the Security Desk when the office is closed:

24-Hour Passes

48-Hour Passes
-
72-Hour Passes

Unlimited Guest Passes (only if previously purchased during office hours)
Passes Not Available After Hours
If you need a pass not listed above — such as a Season Pass — it must be purchased during regular office hours.
However, if you are unable to visit the office in person, we are happy to assist you remotely:

Season pass renewal forms and new applications may be submitted via email.

Payments can be processed over the phone.
Planning Ahead
If you plan to purchase a Season Pass outside of normal office hours, please plan accordingly.
Important: If you purchase an after-hours pass at the Security Desk and later buy a Season Pass, the after-hours pass charges cannot be removed from your account.
