Dear Beneke Families,

I cannot believe this school year has already come to a close. As we reflect on all the memories, growth, celebrations, and accomplishments from this year, I want to sincerely thank each of you for your continued support, partnership, and trust. It has truly been a wonderful year at Beneke Elementary, and we are so proud of all our students and everything they have achieved.

Thank you for supporting your children, encouraging them each day, and helping make our school community such a special place. Together, we created a year filled with learning, laughter, and lasting memories that we will cherish for years to come.

As we head into summer, we hope your family enjoys time to relax, recharge, and make wonderful memories together. We are already looking forward to welcoming everyone back for another amazing school year.

Please mark your calendars for our Meet the Teacher Night and Beneke Block Party on August 7. We cannot wait to see all of our Bears and families back on campus to kick off the new school year together.

No puedo creer que este año escolar ya haya llegado a su fin. Al reflexionar sobre todos los recuerdos, el crecimiento, las celebraciones y los logros de este año, quiero agradecer sinceramente a cada uno de ustedes por su continuo apoyo, colaboración y confianza. Verdaderamente ha sido un año maravilloso en Beneke Elementary, y estamos muy orgullosos de todos nuestros estudiantes y de todo lo que han logrado.

As stated in the Beneke Elementary Handbook, the latest time to check your student out for the day is 2:45 p.m. After this time, we will not release students, as our staff is focused on preparing for dismissal.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and efficient dismissal process.

Beginning Monday, August 18, 2025

All car riders must be picked up by 3:45pm. The school will call parents of students who are still on campus after 3:45. Upon arrival, parents must come to the front office to sign the child out. You must have your I.D. to sign your child out after 3:45 p.m. Spring ISD police and/or Child Protective Services will be contacted for any child that is left after 4:30 pm. Parents who arrive after 4:00pm 3 or more times will be required to find a different transportation option.

All car riders have a car rider number, and parents must have the placard issued by the campus to pick students up from the car rider line.

You may not use a picture of the placard to pick up your student.

If you arrive after 3:45 PM to pick up your student up from the front office with the car rider tag, show your ID, and sign the late dismissal form.

Please be courteous and follow the procedures when using the car rider line.

The traffic pattern is designed for cars to take turns, turning into the parking lot from Briarchase Dr.

Please do not form a third line down the center of the road to turn into the car rider line.

Walker A Parents, please do not block the entrance to the neighborhood. In the event of an emergency, an emergency vehicle needs access to the residents' homes. Therefore, you may not park on both sides of the entrance or the main road leading to the neighborhood.
