• Hot Spot with box, charging cord, and manual (if applicable)
• iPad plus case, cord, and charging block (if applicable)
• K-6 student math kit with bag, badge, and all math materials listed on the badge
• Micro:bits with all parts (if applicable)
• AP Textbook (if applicable)
• Calculator (if applicable)
• WACOM tablet - with all parts and box (if applicable)
• Robot - charging cord and all parts with case or box (if applicable)
• Any additional Davis Connect materials checked out (if applicable)

Return the bag with the badge and the math items listed on the badge to the Tech Support Center no later than Tuesday, May 26th. Thank you!

Deadline extended to July 28th for students in 6th through 11th grade registered in Davis Connect Summer School. Please return all other materials by May 26th. Thank you!

• Laptop (replacement value $250 to $395)
• iPad (replacement value $299)
• Power cord ($40 to $45)
• Hot Spot ($119)
• Student Math Kit ($10 to $50)
• Calculator ($15 to $25)
• WACOM Tablet ($49-$59)
• Micro:Bit ($25)
• Robots ($50 to $225)
• Missing pieces (replacement value $10 to $45)
• Broken screen (replacement part cost $70 to $200)
• Damaged laptop motherboard (replacement value of device)
• Damaged keypad and/or keyboard ($45 to $125)

*Final cost of device repair or replacement determined by district technician based on parts needed to return device to service.

• Davis Connect devices returned at other locations may not be properly accounted for--PLEASE return ALL devices to the Davis Connect Tech Support Center!
• Receipts for returns are available.
• Fines for damaged devices will be issued for broken screens, missing charging cords, and other repairs that must be done before the device is useable. Replacement value is charged for a device that is deemed unrepairable.
• Replacement value will be charged for devices not returned by the deadline.
