This season marks an exciting milestone for Providence Hall dance as the team performs on a true home field for the first time. Having an on-campus field has transformed the game day experience, strengthening team pride, building new traditions, and deepening connections with the school community.

One of the most meaningful new traditions introduced this year is the Game Day Patriot Honor, where a dancer is selected each game based on dedication, leadership, and Patriot spirit. The honoree delivers the game ball and is recognized at midfield, creating a powerful moment that celebrates individual excellence while uniting the team and community.

Performing on their own field has also changed how dancers prepare and perform. Practicing on the same surface where they compete builds confidence, sharpens performance details, and allows the team to fully embrace the energy of game day. Dancing in front of classmates, families, and fans has made each performance feel more personal and memorable.

Upperclassmen dancers have shared that stepping onto the 50-yard line for their own school has created a deeper sense of belonging. Performing at home has strengthened team bonds and given dancers the pride of knowing they are helping build traditions that future Patriots will carry forward.

Families can support the dance program and be part of these growing traditions by participating in the Dance Clinic on January 28. Children ages 3–11 will have the opportunity to learn from high school dance mentors and perform on stage.

All clinic participants will perform at the Dance Team in Concert on January 31 at 7:00 PM. This event showcases the talent, hard work, and spirit of our dancers and is a wonderful way to celebrate the impact of having a true home for dance at Providence Hall.

Together, these moments on and off the field are helping shape a strong, spirited future for Providence Hall dance.

Providence Hall High School is excited to celebrate all the incredible students who represent our school through athletics and activities — both on the field and beyond it!

This year, we’re offering personalized PHHS yard signs so families can proudly show their support for their student’s hard work, dedication, and school spirit. Whether your student plays on the field, performs on stage, marches with the band, leads in Student Council, or serves in NJROTC — this is your chance to showcase their Patriot pride right at home!

For our fall athletes, the signs can be customized with sport, name, and jersey number, making each one uniquely theirs. Activities and programs without jersey numbers will have beautifully designed, general signs that still highlight their team or group.

Signs are just $20 each, and proceeds from this campaign go directly to benefit PHHS students and programs.

Pre-orders are open now.

Thank you for helping us celebrate every Patriot who contributes to the heart of Providence Hall — from the athletes who give their all on the field to the students who make our school community shine through leadership, service, and the arts.

Did you know any student participating in an official sport or activity can benefit from our Sponsorship Program? Sponsors help cover student participation fees, and once those are paid, extra funds go right back to support your team or activity. Plus, sponsors get community recognition with banners, shout-outs, and more.

Check out the full program below—this is a great way for families, friends, and local businesses to support our Patriots!
