Hayes Happenings

At Hayes Elementary, our mission is to educate, challenge and inspire every student to achieve personal success and become a confident member of society.

We had a great week at Hayes filled with fun and exciting activities! Thank you to our amazing PTA and parent volunteers who helped make our Trail or Treat event last Friday such a huge success! We appreciate all the time and effort that went into making this a special evening for our Huskies.

A special thank you to Mr. Stromberg and the Franklin Music Department for welcoming all of the fourth-grade students in our triad to Franklin for an incredible musical performance!

On Thursday, students who purchased special experiences with their PBIS PAWS tickets enjoyed Play-Doh Club, Arts and Crafts Club, and a Lawn Game Party! It was wonderful to see our Huskies enjoying the rewards they earned for making positive choices.

Thank you to our teachers for planning such a fun day of Halloween activities today! Our parade was amazing, and we loved seeing all the creativity, excitement, and joy from our students and families!

Reminder: There is no school for students on Tuesday, November 3, as our teachers will be participating in districtwide professional development.

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. Happy Halloween!

Warm regards,

Mrs. Broome

Our Texas Roadhouse Fundraiser is underway! Last week, students brought home envelopes with information on how to participate. Families can order Texas Roadhouse's famous frozen rolls to bake and enjoy at home, just in time for Thanksgiving! Cinnamon butter and gift cards are also available for purchase.

This is a great opportunity to stock up for the holidays while supporting Hayes! Thank you to everyone who has already participated. Every purchase helps support our school! Orders are due November 6th.

Thank you for helping us keep our PBIS Store stocked and exciting for our Huskies!

Shop Here! Or send in donations at any time. Squishes, key chains, Legos, hot wheels, and bracelets were among the hot items this week!
