Class of 2025: WeeklyUpdates #4Updates for the MRHS Seniors from Mrs. Hall & Mrs.Ginnetty

Prom Week is Here!!!

Attendance & Dismissals

Students are expected to be in school on Friday, April 11th if they plan to attend prom. Students attending prom may be dismissed after 2nd block with parent permission. Parents/guardians have received the permission slip directly via email. Dismissal calls on the day of prom will not be accepted.

Grand March

All students are required to arrive by 5 PM to line up for the Grand March. Students should proceed upstairs to the Ocean Room and will be lined up for a 5:30 PM start. Families should be stationed outside and will be able to view their senior heading down the outside stairs and for photos on the Wychmere deck. We ask that all families please exit the property by 6:30 PM.

A backup plan for rain will be communicated if necessary (but the weather looks great!)

Student Expectations

  • All school rules and policies will be in effect, including drug, alcohol, and smoking policies. Students who violate these policies will be required to leave the dance, and Student Handbook policies will be enforced. Guests will also be expected to abide by these rules.
  • Admittance to the prom must occur on time. Once a student leaves the dance, they must leave the premises and will not be readmitted to the dance. Seniors are expected to depart promptly at the conclusion of the dance (10:30 PM).
  • Students will not be allowed to go to their vehicles unless escorted by a police officer or chaperone.
