Dear Beneke ES Families,

As we head into the Thanksgiving break, I want to wish all of our Beneke Bears a wonderful and restful holiday surrounded by the people they love most. I am truly thankful and blessed to serve as your principal, and I am especially grateful to have such supportive and involved parents who partner with us every day to help our students succeed.

This is a reminder that we will return to campus on December 1. Please note that state testing for all grade levels will take place December 1–5, so it’s important that our students return ready to learn and do their very best.

Queridas familias de Beneke ES:

Al acercarnos a las vacaciones de Acción de Gracias, quiero desearles a todos nuestros Beneke Bears un descanso maravilloso y relajante, rodeados de las personas que más aman. Estoy verdaderamente agradecida y bendecida de servir como su directora, y estoy especialmente agradecida de contar con padres tan solidarios y comprometidos que colaboran con nosotros cada día para apoyar el éxito de nuestros estudiantes.

Este es un recordatorio de que regresamos al campus el 1 de diciembre. Tengan en cuenta que las evaluaciones estatales para todos los niveles se llevarán a cabo del 1 al 5 de diciembre, por lo que es importante que nuestros estudiantes regresen listos para aprender y dar lo mejor de sí.

As stated in the Beneke Elementary Handbook, the latest time to check your student out for the day is 2:45 p.m. After this time, we will not release students, as our staff is focused on preparing for dismissal.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and efficient dismissal process.

Según lo establecido en el Manual de Beneke Elementary, la hora límite para recoger a su hijo(a) es a las 2:45 p.m. Después de esta hora, no entregaremos a los estudiantes, ya que nuestro personal estará enfocado en prepararse para la salida.

Beginning Monday, August 18, 2025

All car riders must be picked up by 3:45pm. The school will call parents of students who are still on campus after 3:45. Upon arrival, parents must come to the front office to sign the child out. You must have your I.D. to sign your child out after 3:45 p.m. Spring ISD police and/or Child Protective Services will be contacted for any child that is left after 4:30 pm. Parents who arrive after 4:00pm 3 or more times will be required to find a different transportation option.

Todos los estudiantes que sean recogidos en automóvil deben ser recogidos a más tardar a las 3:45 p. m. La escuela llamará a los padres de los estudiantes que aún estén en el campus después de las 3:45 p. m. Al llegar, los padres deberán pasar por la oficina principal para firmar la salida del niño. Debe presentar su identificación para firmar la salida de su hijo después de las 3:45 p. m. All car riders have a car rider number, and parents must have the placard issued by the campus to pick students up from the car rider line.

You may not use a picture of the placard to pick up your student.

If you arrive after 3:45 PM to pick up your student up from the front office with the car rider tag, show your ID, and sign the late dismissal form.

Please be courteous and follow the procedures when using the car rider line.

The traffic pattern is designed for cars to take turns, turning into the parking lot from Briarchase Dr.

Please do not form a third line down the center of the road to turn into the car rider line.

Walker A Parents, please do not block the entrance to the neighborhood. In the event of an emergency, an emergency vehicle needs access to the residents' homes. Therefore, you may not park on both sides of the entrance or the main road leading to the neighborhood.
