2025-2026 NBE School Supply Lists

We’re excited to share that all incoming kindergarteners will receive a special Welcome Box this summer from MNPS! Each box will include essential school supplies—such as crayons, pencils, scissors, glue sticks, and more—to ensure our youngest learners are equipped and excited for their first day of school. This initiative is part of our district-wide commitment to providing a strong start and a joyful transition into kindergarten for every student.

There are a few items on the list that we ask you to provide such as--

• extra clothes labeled with your child’s name (in case of an accident)
• reusable water bottle (with straw) labeled with your child’s name
• baby picture of your child and family picture (will not be returned)

• Clorox wipes
• plastic bags (1 gallon and 1 quart size-slider close preferred)
• Band-aids
• Play dough
• additional glue sticks
• sheet protectors
• plastic grocery bags
• hand sanitizer
