Bennett PTO Bulletin
September 2025
Dear Bennett Families
It's September! Bring on the pumpkins, cooler weather, and VOLUNTEERS!
For September, our PTO goal is to get all our students' party money and family memberships completed for the year. If you haven't done one or both, you can complete these here.
An entire grade could earn a 🎶MUSIC LUNCH🎶, for the highest percentage of PARTY MONEY PAID.
We can earn a 🎩 HAT DAY 👒 for the entire school, if two-thirds of our MEMBERSHIP DUES are PAID.
Also, PTO will provide field trip shirts to all students again this year. Help us out and fill out this form ASAP so we can get these ordered quickly.
We need volunteers (tis the season, after all). See below for more information! Remember... everyone needs to complete their background check every year. Complete the form on the MISD website here.
Please feel free to reach out via email or Facebook if you have any questions, comments, or concerns.
Sincerely,
Laura Bruhn
Bennett PTO President

Mental Health Tip of the Month
A Moment to Paws
This Month's Tip: Sometimes it's hard to talk about feelings. A great way to start a conversation is to ask your child, "What color are you feeling today?" and then, "What does that color mean to you?" Using colors can make it easier for them to discuss their emotions without feeling put on the spot.
