Congratulations for being accepted into the very competitive Alabama - Esslingen Mercedes Engineering Exchange program! In this program Thomas will earn a minor in German in addition to his major degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Alabama!

Louis Tu earned 1st Place and Zaylan Phillips earned 2nd Place in the VFW Patriotic Art Contest! Louis’ artwork will now move on to compete at the state level. We are so proud of both of you—way to represent!

Reminder - All students must be enrolled for the 25-26 school year before they are permitted to try out, audition or run for extra curricular activities such as Warrior Worship, Cheer, Student Council, Advanced Theater. Same goes for sports for the 25-26 school year or any summer workouts.

After consulting with Greg Bostwick, administration has opted to reschedule NHS Induction to May 13th at 7:30pm following Middle School Academic Awards. Members and Inductees are to arrive at 7:00pm. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for partnering with us to safeguard our students.

NHS induction practice will be May 13th at 2:45pm during tutorials. All members and inductees are required to attend practice.

This Thursday, May 15th is dress up according to your favorite college day!

This Thursday, May 15th is Loving Legacy Day! High School StuCo will be handing out popsicles during lunch!

The Middle School End of the Year Bash will be held after the last final on Wednesday, 5/21 from 12:00 - 2:00 pm. Lunch will be from 11:30 - 12:00 PM. Canes, chips, drinks, and snacks will be provided. Activities will include waterslides, wiffle ball, volleyball (outdoor and indoor), and basketball (indoor). Please note that if a student is exempt from their last final, they cannot stay on campus. They must leave and then come back for the Bash at 12 PM.

**Students will NOT be allowed to enter the gym if they are wet!**

All students must wear a dark t-shirt and shorts over their swim clothes. Shorts and shirt must be modest. If you have any other questions please contact Mrs. Blackwell.

For example, if you are a high school girl who plays Volleyball, then you would navigate the Athletics section of our website, select High School, and then Volleyball, and under the Schedule dropdown, you will find your "Printable" Live Google Doc Game Schedule. The weekly game schedule is also available in the announcements below. Coaches will communicate through their avenues of choice if there are any changes. The easiest way to view practices and games is with our Legacy App. Make sure to check the calendars and game schedules often to stay up to date.

The updated dress code policy, which will take effect at the start of the 2025-2026 school year, is available. These changes have been carefully considered to maintain our school's values while ensuring practicality and comfort for our students.

The updated dress code policy includes:

• A simplified dress code for both elementary and secondary
• Chapel Dress uniform is no longer required and is now aligned with the daily uniform.
• As a senior privilege, seniors may wear Friday-approved attire every day of the week.

Legacy Administration

Printing for students is now limited. If a teacher cannot print for students during class, students will have to wait until tutorials (2:45 pm) to come to the office to print things.

• Items will only be printed in black and white
• Page limit of 10 per student
• Printing allowed only during tutorials
• No printing allowed in the mornings
