Third Grade Weekly Snapshot! Third Grade Weekly Snapshot!

We have had a fantastic week of learning in 3rd grade! In class, we dove into poetry, tackled elapsed time, created our own maps, and investigated different types of forces, such as gravity.

On Tuesday, we were thrilled to host an author visit with Josh Funkβ€”he was incredible! Our students learned so much about the writing process, and his visit inspired many of our young scholars to dream of becoming authors themselves one day!

Upcoming Reminders & Events:

  • PTO Family Movie Night: Join us this Friday, October 23rd, for PTO Family Movie Night! It’s going to be a lot of fun, and we hope to see you there!

  • Red Ribbon Week: Next week is Red Ribbon Week! Be sure to check the attached schedule for each day’s dress-up theme. We can’t wait to see everyone in their book character costumes, athletic wear, 80s gear, gardening gear, and fun hats!

Have a wonderful weekend!πŸ˜„
