💨Rockwall-Heath Calm Room💨

The calm room was created with the intent to provide students with a place to practice those strategies and enable them to regain composure so they may re-engage in the learning environment. The room is decorated with soft lighting, comfortable furniture, soothing sounds, and a waterfall to create a welcoming and relaxing environment. It is also equipped with various manipulatives designed specially to help students calm their anxious mind so they may return to class able to learn. Counselors work with students in the calm room for individual counseling or allow them to remain in the room independently, utilizing learned skills to self-regulate.

The counseling staff at RHHS is dedicated to improving the lives of students and staff by making a genuine, positive difference to their mental health and well-being. GO HAWKS!
