Ali Schwerdtfeger Signs With NWOSU
Adair Public Schools is proud to celebrate a special milestone as standout student-athlete Ali Schwerdtfeger has officially signed to continue her academic and athletic career at Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Alva.
Ali’s dedication, work ethic, and commitment to excellence have made her a tremendous representative of Adair both on and off the field. Throughout her time at Adair, she has consistently demonstrated what it means to be part of the Home of Champions; competing with heart, leading with character, and striving for success in everything she does.
We congratulate Ali on this incredible accomplishment and look forward to watching her succeed as she begins this exciting new chapter. Once a Warrior, always a Warrior!
THE Home of Champions
We recently celebrated our state championship teams with a special ring ceremony, highlighting the pride and tradition that define our school. “Discover what makes us the Home of Champions” was on full display as our student-athletes were recognized for their hard work, dedication, and success. The afternoon brought together families, staff, and community members to “experience the pride of the Home of Champions.” Moments like these remind us what it means to carry on a championship legacy.

Adair Football at the Capitol
The Adair State Championship Football Team was recently honored in a special way, receiving recognition on the floors of both the Oklahoma State Senate and the Oklahoma House of Representatives. This distinguished acknowledgment, led by Rusty Cornwell and Michael Bergstrom, highlights not only the team’s incredible achievement but also the pride they bring to the entire Adair community.
Students and staff had the opportunity to engage with Representative Cornwell during his visit, making the experience even more meaningful. His willingness to take time out of his schedule to connect with our students, celebrate their success, and encourage their future made a lasting impression.
