Family Link App: Resource for Managing Electronic Devices Family Link App: Resource for Managing Electronic Devices

As we move into an increasingly digital world, we understand that mobile phones and electronic devices have become an integral part of our lives. However, we also recognize that they can be a source of distraction and disruption, especially during school hours. To help parents manage their students phone usage during school hours, we would like to suggest an app that enables you to turn off your student's phone during school hours.

The app, which is easy to install and use, allows you to set specific times during which your child's phone will be turned off automatically, as well as check browser history and block apps. This might be a way for you to help them stay focused on their studies and avoid unnecessary distractions.

We understand that some parents may be concerned about their child's safety and wellbeing without a phone during school hours. However, we want to assure you that our school has taken all the necessary measures to ensure your child's safety and security while in the building. You can always get a message to your student during the day by calling the WHS at (920) 262-7500.

If you’d like to try this app to see if it might have a positive impact on your student’s academic achievement, we’ve included the link below. This is certainly not the only option – if you find a different app or system for managing student phone use, please let us know. We’d love to hear about what works and help parents find the best solution for them!

Thank you for your continued support, and please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
