Dear SACS Family and Friends,

As we welcome the month of October, I would like to take a moment to celebrate some wonderful accomplishments and experiences from the past few weeks.

Our recent trip to Riley’s Farm was a tremendous success! Students had an incredible time exploring the farm, learning about history and agriculture, and enjoying hands-on activities with their classmates. Field trips like these provide meaningful learning experiences beyond the classroom, and it was a joy to see our students engaged, curious, and excited throughout the day. Thank you to our staff and parent volunteers who helped make this memorable experience possible.

I would also like to recognize our students for their outstanding efforts during this year’s first round of MAP testing. I am extremely proud of how seriously our students approached the assessments and the hard work they demonstrated. Their dedication, perseverance, and commitment to learning were evident, and the results reflect the growth that is happening across our school. While test scores are just one measure of achievement, they provide valuable insight into student progress and help us continue supporting every child’s academic success.

As we move further into the school year, I encourage our students to continue setting goals, working hard, and taking pride in their accomplishments. Together, we will build on this strong start and make this a successful and rewarding year for all.
