Peterson's Message- K3 Director
Greetings MCP3 Team!
As we move through March, I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible work you all do every day. Your commitment to living out our vision and core values truly shines through in the way you care for, teach, and support our scholars. The dedication you bring and the loving relationships you build with each scholar have a powerful and lasting impact. Because of you, our classrooms are places where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.
Your patience, knowledge, creativity, and teamwork help bring our mission to life each day. The strong relationships you nurture and the consistent dedication you show make a meaningful difference not only for our scholars, but for their families and our entire school community.
Thank you for the heart you pour into this work. Your impact is seen, felt, and deeply appreciated. Let’s continue moving through this month with the same passion and purpose that makes our MCP3 program so special.

This course offers early childhood educators strategies to recognize stressors and explore ways to build resilience in both their personal and professional lives. Participants will reflect on techniques to enhance emotional well-being and consider practical approaches to finding balance and maintaining a positive outlook in their work. The training aims to support educators in navigating challenges with greater ease and promoting a healthier, more resilient mindset.
